From Wednesday 10 April to Sunday 14 April, enjoy 50% off all pet adoptions at our Lonsdale shelter. Help us rehome our animals before the big move to our new animal care campus in O’Halloran Hill.
Whether you’re looking for a dog, cat, rabbit, or a small pet, all adoptions are 50% from 10 to 14 April. Plus, every cat and dog adopter will receive a free bag of food, and rabbit adopters will receive a free bale of hay!*

Meet the Fosters
We also encourage potential foster carers to come along during this time for our ‘Meet the Fosters’ events.
If you’re interested in fostering a dog, cat, rabbit, or other small pet, we invite you to come along to learn more about our foster care program – you can even take an animal home on the day.
Our foster carers are provided with everything they need to care for an animal, including food and bedding.
If you’re hoping to take an animal home on the day, you can pre-register on our foster care portal below to make the process faster.
PLEASE NOTE: If you’re considering fostering a dog, it’s important that you come prepared with photos of your yard or garden that clearly show the area is secure, along with a photo of where the dog will sleep. Our foster team will need to see these photos before you can take the dog home.

Saturday 13 – Sunday 14 April: 10am – 3pm
*Dog adoptions come with a free 4kg Royal Canin dry food, cat/kitten adoptions come with a free 2kg Royal Canin dry food and rabbit adoptions come with a free bale of oaten hay. Trial adoptions only receive the free bag of food or hay once the trial adoption period has ended and the animal is permanently adopted.
