We’re excited to meet you! We don’t take bookings, so you will be able to just turn up during our adoption times and we will arrange for one of our team to introduce us. As we have a virtual queuing system, there may be a short wait at times – but we are worth it! If you are hoping to add a dog to your family, we will ask you to select one or two of us to meet, but we don’t allow browsing as it stresses us out and you don’t get to see us at our best.
Please bring along photo ID and proof of your current address.
Dogs: First visitor 10am | Last visitor 2pm
Small Pets: First visitor 10am | Last visitor 1.30pm
Cats: Open to browse and meet from 10am to 3pm
Please note the Lonsdale shelter is closed Monday and Tuesday.

I am a super sweet and smart girl who is ready to find my new forever family! Were you looking for a cuddle buddy? I heard the weather is getting colder soon and I would love to snuggle on the couch and watch movies with you on those cold nights. Affectionate is my middle name! I am a smart girl who would benefit from going to force-free training classes, not only to learn all the tricks, but also for the snacks!
